This is Transmission from Outer Space

In this game you have to protect a starship with the help of a laser, that you can place on the screen. But to change the position of the laser there are two laser-emitters, that both send a ray to the other. This creates a "laser-barrier" which is used to destroy the space debris, which is floating towards our Spaceship.

Since you've got two laser-emitters to move, we recommend playing this game with two persons at one PC, but it is also playable alone (for tryhards ;D). And if you are totally crazy play it with 8 persons, one for every key :D
